artist statement
I work at the intersection of oil painting, technoethics, and hyperculture. I'm highly inspired by technology I use on a daily basis as well as my lived experience.
I'm fascinated with oil painting - for it's existing history, the living history, ecological way of making, and the use of an ancient object as a daily ritual I help maintain in modernity.
My favorite mediums are oil paint, charcoal, ink, and coding. My fave color is pink! I like chartreuse too.
